Pat Williams, GRI, Managing Broker, Carpenter GMAC

Ms. Williams has been a licensed broker for over 20 years. During that time she owned Century 21 Eagle and since 1994 has been a managing broker with Carpenter GMAC Real Estate.

She maintains a high level of involvement in the real estate industry. In addition to obtaining her Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation, she has participated on several boards and various committees. She has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors from 1999-2000, while also serving on the Indiana Association Government Affairs Committee, the REALTOR® Foundation Board of Directors, and was 1999 President of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® (MIBOR), and was named 2002 REALTOR® of the Year. Ms. Williams served as the moderator for the 2000-2001 Real Estate Academy of Leadership.

Pat's activities aren't isolated to her professional involvement. She has served on the boards of the Highland Kessler Civic League, Crooked Creek Community Council, and served as president of the Grandview School Association. Pat was honored as the 1993 Indiana Easter Seal Society Philanthropist of the Year, and in 1997 was the recipient of the "Bud" Tucker Community Service Award. Pat is currently serving on the Saddlebrook Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
