Katie Culp, Executive Director, Boone County Economic Development Council (EDC)

Ms. Culp has served as the Executive Director for the Boone County EDC since August 2000. Before moving to Boone County, she worked for the City of Indianapolis, most recently as a Senior Economic Impact Analyst. She graduated cum laude from Indiana University-Bloomington with a BS in Public Affairs and departmental honors and is currently pursuing her MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Ms. Culp has worked with a variety of economic development projects, ranging in capital investment size from $100,000 to $1 billion. She has worked closely with state and local governments to procure incentives for eligible firms, and has extensive experience working with attraction, expansion and retention projects.
