Moira Carlstedt, President, Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP)

Ms. Carlstedt has been President of INHP, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities and to create healthy viable neighborhoods, since February 1998. She spent 22 years in the private sector in property and real estate management before accepting an appointment as Director of the Department of Metropolitan Development for the City of Indianapolis. Ms. Carlstedt earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Bradley University and was a Fannie Mae Fellow to the Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program through the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
