David Cain, MAI

Mr. Cain is a graduate of Indiana University and has been an appraiser for 10 years. He has been a member of MIBOR since 1994. After spending 2 years as a residential appraiser, he has focused on nonresidential appraisal for the last 8 years. David is a past chairperson (2000) of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Real Estate Appraiser's Forum. He is also a past education chair (1999-2001) for the Appraisal Institute, Hoosier State Chapter. Prior to serving as education chairperson, he was the chairperson (1998) and vice-chairperson (1997) of the Indianapolis Sub-chapter.

Mr. Cain is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, a designated member of the National Association of REALTORS® Appraisal Section and a member of the Real Estate Educators Association. He is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser, Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Instructor. He has been an adjunct instructor with IUPUI's Continuing Learning Network since 1992 where he teaches appraisal pre-licensure courses. He also instructs continuing education seminars throughout the State of Indiana for local REALTOR® boards and proprietary schools.
