R&B Cooperative
This cooperative agreement, between broker members of MIBOR and members of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), outlines responsibilities and guidelines for transactions among REALTORS® and builders in central Indiana. By signing the agreement and working with others who have, you know that each party, the REALTOR®, the builder, and most importantly the customer, will be treated fairly during the transaction – paving the way for smoother relationships between all parties.
