Member Account Information
- Distributing important information to members about industry and MIBOR-specific activities and events, and;
- Communicating messages to the general public, legislators and business leaders about the value of working with a REALTOR®.
By being proactive, MIBOR helps to ensure that these audiences have a positive perception of our region's REALTORS®. Radio, television and print media are all essential tools in this campaign.
We work with newspapers from all 10 MIBOR counties to provide local real estate content that is helpful to consumers. Local REALTORS® are the sources for these stories — not faceless agents from New York or Los Angeles. We feel that Hoosier buyers looking for a home in Shelby County want to hear from a REALTOR® from down the street — not across the country. So we strive to work with our members across our service area to identify timely stories, get the perspective of REALTORS® that live and work in that community, and share their thoughts with the consumers most effected by local issues. This allows us to help our neighbors by sharing expert advice on real estate-related issues, as well as raising the visibility of local REALTORS® like you.
