BLC™ listing service/Training Classes
Registration is available for classes online through this link: http://ims.mibor.net.The MIBOR training classes are offered free of charge; however, if you do need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to the class you are scheduled to attend. You may cancel your registration online at http://ims.mibor.net. Please, NO walk-ins.
Basic PropertyLinx Training
This class provides an opportunity for hands-on instruction. Learn how to search, sort, print, email, and map. Course intended for new agents and those who need a refresher in basic training.
PropertyLinx Office Administration
Course includes detailed hands-on instruction for adding and editing listings. Learn to review reports that are helpful for office statistics. This class is designed for office managers, assistants and those agents that have add/edit permissions.
PropertyLinx Focus Class - CMA and Mapping
This class is focused on generating Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) with CMA Wizard and CMA Reports. This course provides in-depth, hands-on study of mapping features and uses, including draw search, plat maps, etc.Â
PropertyLinx Prospecting
This class is designed to enhance your prospecting skills utilizing the Client Gateway and Custom Searches. Learn how to create new contacts and prospects, utilize prospecting features and manage existing contacts/prospects.
PropertyLinx Advanced
Hands on training will cover advanced features in PropertyLinx such as column manager, downloads, mailing labels, reports and customizing your personal preferences.
